The admission results for the 2024-25 academic year’s first-year undergraduate (honours) programs at the nine universities under the Agriculture Cluster have been published, with a waiting list comprising five times the number of vacant seats. Candidates are required to deposit the admission fee between today, Sunday, 27 July, and 31 July. This information was announced in a notice on the Agriculture Cluster’s admission website.

Prior to this, the spot admission process and the tenth and final round of auto-migration have been completed. According to the latest data, 136 seats remain vacant across five of the nine universities in the cluster. A notice signed by the Central Admission Committee’s Member-Secretary and Acting Registrar of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Dr. Md. Helal Uddin, stated that results for candidates equaling five times the number of vacant seats have been published from the waiting list.

Candidates interested in admission must report online and deposit the first installment of the admission fee, 10,000 taka, online. If more candidates deposit the fee than there are vacant seats, and it becomes impossible to admit them, the deposited amount will be refunded to the mobile number used for the payment. SSLCommerz will take necessary measures to facilitate these refunds. However, candidates who are called for admission but do not enroll will not receive a refund of their deposited fee.

From the candidates who report online and deposit the initial 10,000 taka, a merit-based result equal to the number of vacant seats will be published on 2 August. Successful candidates must physically report to their respective universities on 6 and 7 August to complete the admission process. This includes paying the applicable university admission fee, adjusted against the previously deposited 10,000 taka (non-refundable), and submitting original transcripts, certificates, and quota documents (where applicable). Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of admission.

To check the results, candidates can visit the official admission website.
