The application process for the 2025-26 academic year undergraduate admissions across 20 universities under the GST (General, Science, and Technology) cluster is set to conclude today, Wednesday (May 13). Successful candidates from the integrated admission test have until 11:59 PM tonight to submit their department preferences and university choices.

According to the official admission website, the application window allows candidates to apply to their preferred universities for a fee of 500 BDT per institution. Eligibility for specific departments will be determined based on the individual criteria set by each participating university.

Applicants interested in specialized subjects such as Fine Arts, Music, Theatre and Performance Studies, and Physical Education and Sports Science do not need to apply separately. These subjects will be automatically included once selected in the preference list.

However, an additional practical examination fee of 300 BDT will be charged for each specialized subject. The authorities have released the schedule for practical examinations, and candidates are advised that detailed instructions will be available on the respective university websites within the next 24 hours.

For Fine Arts at Islamic University and Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, the test will be held on May 18 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Music practicals at Rabindra University and Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University are scheduled from May 17 to May 20 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Similarly, Theatre and Performance Studies at Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University and Physical Education and Sports Science at Islamic University will conduct their exams from May 17 to May 20 during the same time frame. Applicants are urged to complete their submissions well before the midnight deadline to avoid potential technical delays due to high server traffic.
