NTRCA Seeks Permission to Collect Vacancy Data Until June/December 2025
The Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has sent a letter to the Ministry of Education requesting permission to collect vacant post information (e-requisition) from private educational institutions until June 30 or December 31, 2025. The move aims to facilitate the next recruitment recommendation notification.
In the letter sent on Sunday, NTRCA stated: "Collecting vacancy data from institutions is essential for publishing the next recruitment recommendation notification. As part of this process, nearly 24,000 institutions completed e-registration between October 23 and November 5. However, considering requests from various institutions and the need to correct erroneous information, the deadline has been extended to November 13."
The letter emphasized candidates' age limits and certificate validity, proposing the vacancy collection period be set until June 30 or December 31, 2025.
It referenced the Secondary and Higher Education Division's circular dated January 25, 2024, which mandates vacancy requisitions by November 30 of the calendar year. "Given the circumstances, we request kind approval to collect vacancy data until 30 June or 31 December 2025 in the interest of issuing the next recruitment recommendation notification," the letter concluded.
