Islamic University Implements 'Single-Window' System to End Student Hassles
In a major administrative shift, Islamic University (IU) has introduced student-centric measures to eliminate the traditional bureaucratic hassles associated with university enrollment. Historically, incoming students and their guardians had to physically navigate multiple offices—including departmental desks, Dean offices, and residential halls—and endure long bank queues due to the lack of payment automation.
To resolve this, the IU administration is launching dedicated integrated cells:
-
One-Stop Service Hubs: Faculty Deans, departmental Chairmen, and residential Hall Provosts will sit together at centralized locations to handle all verification steps under one roof.
-
Elimination of Inter-Office Commutes: Students will no longer need to run back and forth between administrative blocks and academic departments to secure their seats.
-
Hassle-Free Processing: The university administration has confirmed that these specialized cells are specifically designed to ensure zero harassment for applicants and guardians during the final admission phase.
