HSC results to be published on October 16

The chairpersons of the education boards have agreed to publish the results of this year’s HSC and equivalent exams on October 16. The decision was made during a meeting of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee on Thursday.

A board chairperson, speaking anonymously to *The Daily Campus* around 2:30 PM, confirmed, “We’ve decided to propose October 16 for publishing this year’s HSC results to the Education Ministry. If approved, all boards will release results simultaneously.”

The written exams ended on August 19, with practical exams held from August 21 to 31. Over 12 lakh candidates participated. Per the Public Examinations Act, results must be published within 60 days of the written exams’ conclusion.

A total of 12,51,111 students appeared under 11 education boards, including 6,18,015 boys and 6,33,096 girls, across 2,797 centers nationwide.
