RUET Admission Test Results Published
The Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has officially published the results of its undergraduate admission test for the 2025–2026 academic session. The merit list was uploaded to the university's official website late Saturday night (January 24), following the successful completion of the exams held just two days prior.
A total of 15,567 students appeared for the test this year, vying for a total of 1,235 seats across 14 departments.

Exam Statistics and Participation
The admission test took place on January 22 (Thursday) in a single shift across two major centers: the RUET campus in Rajshahi and the BUET campus in Dhaka.

Testing Procedure and Evaluation
The exam was divided into two categories to cater to engineering and architecture aspirants:

Group ‘A’: Focused on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. The test consisted of MCQ questions for a total of 400 marks.

Group ‘B’ (Architecture): Candidates had to appear for an additional 200-mark written test on Freehand Drawing and Aesthetic matters.
University authorities highlighted that the entire process, from question paper formulation to script evaluation, was conducted with the highest level of transparency and security, ensuring a zero-tolerance policy towards technical malpractice or cheating.
Available Seats and Faculties
RUET will admit students into 14 departments under the faculties of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and Architecture & Planning.
