DSHE issues new link for October salary bill submission

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has provided a new link for MPO-enlisted teachers and employees in private institutions to submit October 2025 salary bills. Submissions via the link will be accepted until tomorrow, Monday.

An EMIS cell programmer confirmed the update to The Daily Campus on Sunday (October 26).

Speaking anonymously, the programmer said: "The EMIS server is temporarily down for technical upgrades. However, a new link has been issued for EFT salary bill submission. Institution heads can access apps.emis.gov.bd and submit bills as per previous procedures."

He added: "Work is ongoing to restore the server. We are optimistic about reactivating the main server tomorrow, Monday (October 27)."
