DU IBA admission test result likely by December Last Week

The admission test for the BBA programme at Dhaka University’s Institute of Business Administration (IBA) for the 2025-26 academic year was held on Friday (28 November). A meeting of policymakers was convened on Saturday to decide on the result publication timeline.

Although no exact date has been finalised, authorities have indicated a probable timeframe.

IBA Director Professor Shakil Huda told The Daily Campus today Sunday (30 November): “We have decided to publish the IBA admission test result by 24 December. We expect it to be released on or around that date.”

This year, 9,526 candidates appeared for the 120 seats in the IBA unit, meaning 80 aspirants competed for each seat.

Other DU admission tests schedule

• Fine Arts Unit (General Knowledge & Drawing): Held on Saturday (29 November)
• Arts, Law & Social Sciences Unit: 13 December (Saturday)
• Science Unit: 20 December (Saturday)
• Business Studies Unit: 6 December (Saturday)

All tests will be held from 11:00am to 12:30pm.
