DU resumes online classes from today

Dhaka University (DU) will resume all levels of academic activities through online classes starting today Sunday (30 November) to ensure uninterrupted teaching and learning.

The decision was announced in a press release issued by the university's Public Relations Office on Saturday (29 November).

The notice states that chairpersons of departments and directors of institutes will coordinate with their respective deans to conduct online classes in their units. Online classes will continue until further notice.

Additionally, a decision on the winter vacation will be taken later based on the recommendations of an inspection team of engineers assessing buildings damaged by the recent earthquake and aftershocks, the notice added.

The university has requested all concerned to extend full cooperation in maintaining uninterrupted academic activities.
