Applications open Wednesday for 19 clustered universities, second-timers can apply

Admission applications for the 2025-26 academic session at 19 general, science and technology universities under the cluster system will begin on Wednesday (10 December) and continue until 24 December.
This year, second-time applicants are also eligible, and the minimum passing mark in the admission test has been set at 30.
According to the admission circular released on Sunday (7 December):
- ‘C’ Unit (Science) test: 27 March
- ‘B’ Unit (Humanities): 3 April
- ‘A’ Unit (Business Studies): 10 April
Students who passed SSC or equivalent in 2021, 2022 or 2023 and HSC or equivalent in 2024 or 2025 may apply. Only those who score at least 30 marks will be considered passed and eligible to apply to their preferred universities within the cluster, subject to individual university requirements.
Negative marking remains at 0.25 for each wrong answer.

The 19 universities in the cluster are: Islamic University, Kushtia; Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet (wait – correction based on actual 2025-26 list); Maulana Bhasani Science and Technology University, Tangail; Patuakhali Science and Technology University; Noakhali Science and Technology University; Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Trishal; Jessore University of Science and Technology; Pabna University of Science and Technology; Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur; Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj; University of Barishal; Rangamati Science and Technology University; Rabindra University, Bangladesh, Sirajganj; University of Frontier Technology, Bangladesh, Gazipur; Netrokona University; Jamalpur Science and Technology University; Chandpur Science and Technology University; Kishoreganj University; Sunamganj Science and Technology University; and Pirojpur Science and Technology University.
