Students admitted to the 19 universities under the Guccho (GST) admission system, originally set to conclude its process today, Thursday, August 7, 2025, will likely get another opportunity for migration. A final decision is expected at a meeting of GST vice-chancellors on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Professor Dr. Anwarul Azim Akhand, convener of the GST admission committee and vice-chancellor of Mawlana Bhasani Science and Technology University, confirmed this to The Daily Campus on Wednesday night. “Some universities still have vacant seats, though the number is limited. We are considering offering another migration round, and a decision will be made at the core committee meeting on August 10,” he said.
