X to Pay Tk 400,000 a Month for Posting 15 Videos: Who are Eligible?

Video creators can earn up to $3,000 a month, or approximately Tk 400,000, by posting just 15 original videos on X, formerly Twitter. Under the platform's Video Kickstart Bonus programme, participants must post at least one video on each of 15 separate days within a 30-day period. However, the opportunity is not open to everyone, as only selected creators invited by X can participate for now.

The Elon Musk-owned platform has introduced the programme to encourage creators to publish original video content. Unlike its regular monetisation programmes, the initiative does not require creators to reach a specific number of views or likes. Participants must, however, follow the prescribed rules and pass X's evaluation and selection process.

15 Videos in 30 Days

To qualify for the Video Kickstart Bonus, creators must post at least one original video on each of 15 different days within a 30-day period. Posting multiple videos on the same day will not count towards the 15-day requirement.

Video Length and Format Requirements

Videos must be recorded in a vertical format, with each clip shorter than three minutes. Content must be original and must not contain watermarks or logos from other platforms.

Creators can also upload their own videos previously published on Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, provided those videos do not contain watermarks from other platforms. Reposting videos created by others will not qualify for the bonus.

No Specific View or Like Requirements

Under regular monetisation programmes, a video's viewership and engagement can play an important role in determining earnings. The Video Kickstart Bonus, however, does not impose a specific minimum number of views or likes. Posting videos in accordance with the programme's rules creates an opportunity to receive the bonus, although payment remains subject to X's final evaluation and selection process.

How to Apply

Creators must receive an invitation from X to participate in the programme. Those invited can register through the Programs section of the platform's Creator Studio. Interested creators can regularly check their accounts to see whether they have received an invitation.

X has not yet confirmed whether the pilot programme will eventually be opened to a wider pool of creators.
