HSC Results 2026 Published, Check Results Here

The results of the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations are now available online, through educational institutions and by SMS.

Students can check their results through the education boards' common websites, eduboardresults.gov.bd and educationboardresults.gov.bd, or through the website of their respective education board. They can also collect their results from their educational institutions.

To receive results by SMS, examinees must type:

HSC <Space> First three letters of board name <Space> Roll number <Space> 2026

and send the message to 16140.

For example, a student under the Dhaka Education Board with roll number 123456 must send:

HSC Dha 123456 2026

Educational institutions can download their respective result sheets by visiting either website, selecting the relevant education board and entering their institution's EIIN in the 'Result' section.

The results were published today, Saturday (October 31), following an official ceremony at 11am at the Secretariat. Education Minister Dr ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon inaugurated the publication process.

A total of 646,685 students passed the HSC and equivalent examinations, with a pass rate of 52.12%. Another 40,084 students secured GPA-5.

The education boards had earlier warned that completing formalities, uploading results and other technical procedures could cause delays. The notice also clarified that results would not be available at education boards, the Ministry of Education or newspaper offices.

Applications for re-scrutiny of results will be accepted online from November 1 to November 7. Details and instructions will be published on the websites of the education boards.
