Authorities of Rajshahi University (RU) have issued urgent instructions for the candidates appearing in the undergraduate first year admission test for the 2025-26 academic session. These include information on exam dates, shifts, admit cards, seat arrangements and other related matters. Students will be able to know their seat plan by scanning the QR code on the admit card three days before the respective unit's examination.

In a notification sent by Public Relations Administrator Professor Md. Akhtar Hossain Majumdar, it has been informed that the admission tests for C and A units of Rajshahi University will be held on 16 and 17 January respectively in two shifts each day. The first shift examination will be held from 11 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 4 pm.

The 'B' unit examination will be held on 24 January from 11 am to 12 noon in one shift. Admit cards for all units (A, B and C) will be issued after 12 noon on 17 December with roll, shift and centre details. Admit cards must be downloaded by 22 December.

The admit card for the 2025-26 academic session admission test will be one page. Unlike previous years, University Copy and Candidate Copy will not be provided separately this time. Candidates' seat arrangement can be viewed by scanning the QR code given on the admit card three days before the respective unit's examination.

Besides, it can also be viewed by logging in to the admission website with user name and password. Candidates must appear in the designated room at the specified centre. Due to procedural reasons, it is not possible for a candidate assigned to one centre to take the exam at another centre or room or in a different shift. It is essential for candidates to know their assigned shift, centre and room, said the Director of the ICT Centre.
