SSC and Equivalent Exam Results for 2026 to Be Published on Monday

Results for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations will be released simultaneously across Bangladesh on Monday, August 10, concluding a nearly two-and-a-half-month wait for more than 1.8 million candidates preparing to transition to higher secondary education.

According to a notification issued by the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee on July 27, the results will be released simultaneously nationwide, typically beginning around 10:00 AM. A total of 1,857,344 candidates registered for this year's examinations across 11 education boards, spanning 30,666 educational institutions and 3,885 examination centers. The registered candidates comprise 1,418,398 students for the SSC, 304,286 for Dakhil, and 134,660 for SSC and Dakhil vocational programs, consisting of 930,305 male students and 927,039 female students.

Written tests for the examinations commenced on April 21. Written assessments under the general education boards concluded on May 20, while Dakhil and vocational written tests wrapped up on May 24, aligning with the standard timeframe of publishing results within roughly 60 days of the conclusion of written examinations.

Students and guardians can retrieve the results through several designated channels. Online access is available via the official education board website by selecting the examination category, passing year, specific education board, and entering the roll number, registration number, and security verification code.

Mobile SMS services also provide direct access to the results. General SSC candidates can check their results by messaging "SSC" followed by the first three letters of the board, roll number, and passing year to 16222. Madrasah Dakhil students are required to pre-register by typing "Dakhil", the board's first three letters, roll number, and year, and sending it to 16222 to receive automated results upon release. Technical and vocational candidates can utilize the SMS service by typing "SSC", the board code "TEC", roll number, and year, and sending it to 16222.

Furthermore, educational institutions can download comprehensive institutional result sheets by logging into the respective board websites and entering their Educational Institution Identification Number (EIIN) through the designated result portal.
