According to the official letter, non-compliance with the social media guidelines constitutes a breach of the professional code of conduct. The directorate warned that violations pose potential threats to national security and are categorized as punishable misconduct under the Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2018.
Under the circumstances, DSHE reiterated its order directing all teaching and non-teaching staff across its central directory, subordinate offices, and government educational institutions to meticulously observe the established social media policy.
