SSC and Equivalent Exam Results to Be Published on August 10

The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations 2026 will be published simultaneously across the country on August 10.

Professor Syed Akteruzzaman, President of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, confirmed the date to The Daily Campus on Monday afternoon (July 27).

"The date for declaring the results of the SSC and equivalent examinations has been finalized. The results will be published nationwide on August 10," Professor Akteruzzaman told The Daily Campus.

According to an official notice issued by the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, the results will be released simultaneously across all education boards for students, guardians, heads of institutions, and center secretaries. Detailed guidelines and procedures regarding how candidates can access their results will be informed through a subsequent notice.

Examination Schedule and Candidate Statistics

The written tests for the SSC and equivalent public examinations commenced on April 21, 2026. The written examinations under the nine general education boards concluded on May 20, while the written tests for Dakhil (Madrasah Board) and SSC/Dakhil (Vocational) streams ended on May 24.

A total of 1,857,344 candidates completed registration forms to sit for the public examinations across the country this year:

• SSC (General Education Boards): 1,418,398 examinees

• Dakhil (Madrasah Board): 304,286 examinees

• SSC and Dakhil (Vocational Board): 134,660 examinees
