DSHE Extends Data Entry Deadline for MPO Teacher Transfers Following Server Outage
The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has officially extended the deadline for institutional heads to input data regarding the transfer of MPO-enrolled teachers serving in private schools and colleges. Under the newly revised schedule, institutional heads will now have until June 25 to complete the digital data submission process.
The directive was made public through an official notification issued by DSHE today, Sunday (June 21), signed by the organization's Director (Secondary), Md. Sakhawat Hossain Khan.
Technical Disruptions Prompt Extension
According to the notification, the field-level data collection drive was initially launched via a dedicated software platform developed with technical assistance from Teletalk Bangladesh Limited. The initiative aligns with the "Private Educational Institution (School, College) MPO-Enrolled Teacher Transfer Policy-2026 (Revised)" enacted by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education.
However, the automated collection pipeline encountered significant disruptions following an unexpected server shutdown caused by technical limitations within the software. DSHE confirmed that the technical team has successfully resolved the system glitch, and all educational institutions that previously failed to upload their administrative data are now strictly instructed to complete the input process within the newly allocated window.

The central administration has laid out a stratified deadline matrix across different institutional levels and administrative tiers to ensure smooth processing:
