MPO Teachers’ Festival Bonus Proposal Sent to Ministry
The formal proposal for the Eid-ul-Adha festival allowance for over 375,000 MPO-enlisted teachers and staff has been forwarded to the Ministry of Education. A reliable source within the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) confirmed the development to The Daily Campus on Sunday (May 17).
According to statistical data from the source, the comprehensive proposal encompasses a total of 391,089 teachers and employees. The breakdown includes 303,164 beneficiaries from secondary schools and 87,925 from colleges across the country.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a senior official from DSHE told The Daily Campus that the eligible teachers and staff are expected to receive their Eid festival allowance either by the end of the current week or early next week.
