Education Minister Dr. A.N.M. Ehsanul Haq Milon has stated that the question papers for this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination have already been prepared. The SSC exam is scheduled to begin on 21 April.

Speaking at the Junior Scholarship results handover event at the Secretariat on Wednesday (25 February), the minister said: “The upcoming SSC exam will start on 21 April. The question papers have already been prepared. We cannot confirm right now whether there are any errors in the question papers. However, at this moment, there is no scope to prepare new question papers.”

He added that the government is seriously considering how to manage the examination process smoothly and is reviewing necessary legal aspects to ensure everything stays within rules and regulations.

Addressing concerns raised by teachers, he said: “We will discuss and resolve the issues and concerns of teachers later. We have just taken charge. We will gradually bring necessary changes using past experience. We will look into it. And those of you who are involved in education-related matters can always give us such opinions. We welcome them.”

State Minister for Education Bobby Hajjaj was also present at the event.
