National University Publishes Schedule for 2nd Release Slip Application for Honours Admission

The National University has announced the schedule for the 2nd and final release slip application for the 2024-2025 academic year’s 1st-year Honours admission. Online applications will begin on September 30 at 4:00 PM and continue until October 13 at 12:00 AM.

The announcement was made in a press release signed by Acting Dean Dr. Md. Ashik Kabir Chowdhury on Monday.

Eligible candidates include those who scored at least 35 marks in the admission test but did not secure a merit list position, were listed but did not enroll, or canceled their admission after enrolling through the 1st/2nd release slip or quota. These candidates must apply through the 2nd release slip to secure a merit list position.

Students currently enrolled in 1st-year Honours but wishing to apply for the 2nd release slip must cancel their prior admission by October 19, 2025.

To apply, candidates should visit the National University’s admission website, log in via Applicant Login > Honours Login using their Application ID and PIN, select preferred colleges and subjects, and complete the application form. The form can be printed or saved as a PDF, but it does not need to be submitted to colleges, and no fees are required.
