First-Year Classes in Medical and Dental Colleges to Begin in April
First-year classes for the 2025-26 academic session in government and private medical and dental colleges are likely to start within April.
Director (Medical Education) of the Directorate of Health Education Prof. Dr. Md. Mohiuddin Matubbar disclosed this information to The Daily Campus on Tuesday (31 March).
Prof. Mohiuddin Matubbar said: “The admission process for government medical colleges has already been completed. The admission process for private medical colleges will also end by 5:00 p.m. today. We will start classes within the month of April. However, the exact date cannot be announced right now.”
He added: “There has been one auto-migration in private medical colleges, and one optional migration will end today. Before classes begin, students will get the opportunity for two more optional migrations. There will be no further migration in government medical colleges.”
