PSC to recruit 300 for higher-grade BCS health cadre via oral exam only

The Public Service Commission has advertised 300 posts in higher grades of the BCS health cadre, to be filled solely through a 100-mark viva (pass mark 50; scores will remain confidential). The online application window opens 9 February and closes 8 March, according to the circular published Sunday (8 February).
The 53 categories span grades 3–6 and include professor, associate professor, senior consultant, and assistant professor posts. As of 1 February, maximum age limits are 50 for professor, 45 for associate professor, 40 for senior consultant, and 40 for assistant professor; age limits may be relaxed for departmental candidates.
