Draft circular on new teacher recruitment method sent to education ministry
A draft circular has been prepared for a new method of recruiting teachers in private educational institutions and has been sent to the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Education Ministry for issuance.
An NTRCA source told The Daily Campus on Thursday, 5 February, that a letter was sent along with the draft circular.
The letter said the procedure for recommending teacher recruitment to MPO posts in private educational institutions, issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division on 25 January 2024, has been revised to meet current needs. The revision follows the latest manpower structure and MPO Policy for private educational institutions, and the Non‑Government Teachers’ Registration, Certification and Recruitment Recommendation Regulations, 2025.
The letter further said the draft of the revised procedure for recruitment recommendations has been finalized, and it has been sent for necessary steps to issue the revised procedure in circular form for recommendations to MPO posts in private educational institutions.
