The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations are scheduled to start on 7 June, but the routine has not yet been published, causing anxiety among students.

With less than two months remaining, students have demanded immediate publication of the routine for proper preparation.

Students complained that classes started late this year, but the exam schedule was advanced. In previous years, the routine was published at least two months before the exam, but this year they are still waiting, making last-minute preparation difficult.

According to board sources, the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee finalised the full routine on 30 March and sent it to the Education Ministry. However, due to delay in final approval from the ministry, the routine has not been published yet.

Dhaka Education Board Examination Controller Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider said, “We have completed our part. Once the higher authorities give approval, the routine will be published in due time.”
