Notre Dame College issues instructions for students whose SSC results changed after re-scrutiny

Notre Dame College in Dhaka has issued instructions for students whose SSC results changed following re-scrutiny and who subsequently met the minimum eligibility requirements to apply for admission. The college issued the notice on Thursday (September 10), signed by its principal.

According to the notice, students whose results were revised through re-scrutiny and who now meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission must contact the college office in person between 8am and 4pm on Saturday (September 12).

Students have been instructed to bring all necessary documents and evidence proving the change in their examination results. The instructions came after the SSC and equivalent examination re-scrutiny results were published at 10am on Thursday.

According to the revised results, the grades of 27,836 students changed across the country’s 11 education boards, while marks were changed in 55,259 answer scripts.

A total of 4,585 students who had initially failed were declared passed following re-scrutiny. Meanwhile, 3,079 students received GPA-5 after their results were revised.

The changes may allow some students who previously did not meet Notre Dame College’s admission requirements to become eligible to apply.
