The final admission process for students selected in the second merit list of National University’s (NU) 1st-year undergraduate (Honours) program for the 2025-26 academic session officially begins today, Wednesday (June 3).

Along with the second merit list, the university has also released the subject migration results for students admitted through the first merit list. According to the official admission notification issued by the National University authorities, selected students can fill out their final admission forms online starting today until June 11, after which they must collect a printed copy of the form.

Important Deadlines and Registration Fee Details

Students must strictly adhere to the scheduled dates to secure their enrollment. To complete the process, students are required to deposit a registration fee of 1,130 BDT to their respective colleges between June 4 and June 13. Following the student submissions, the respective college authorities will verify and complete the final admission confirmation from June 4 to June 14.

Finally, colleges will deposit the collected university registration fees via Sonali Bank between June 15 and June 21. Detailed guidelines and further updates regarding the entire enrollment process are readily accessible on the National University's official admission portal.

Crucial Warnings and Migration Guidelines

If any student selected in the second merit list is currently enrolled in any other academic program from the 2024-25 session, they must cancel their previous admission by June 9 before filling out the final admission form. Failure to do so will result in the permanent cancellation of both admissions due to the strict dual enrollment policy.

For students hoping to change their assigned subjects based on preference, interested candidates must explicitly select the 'Yes' option in the designated field of the final admission form to be considered for subject migration. These subject changes will be processed automatically based on the availability of vacant seats and the student's position in the merit order.
