SSC re-scrutiny results to be published today, here’s how to check

The results of the re-scrutiny of this year’s SSC and equivalent examination answer scripts will be published today (Thursday, September 10) at 10am. Following the application process, education boards across the country undertook the re-scrutiny of nearly 1.3 million answer scripts. This year saw a record number of applications for re-scrutiny.

Prof Syed Aktaruzzaman, president of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, confirmed the matter to The Daily Campus on Wednesday morning.

“The results of the re-evaluation of the SSC and equivalent examination answer scripts will be published around 10am tomorrow, Thursday (September 10). Students will be able to check their re-scrutiny results on the website,” he said.

How to check the results

Applicants will be able to receive their revised results in three ways. The results will be published on the respective education boards’ websites at 10am. Applicants will also receive SMS notifications on the mobile numbers provided during the application process.

Results can also be checked through the designated online portal by entering the required information.

Number of answer scripts challenged by board

According to available information, the number of answer scripts submitted for re-scrutiny was approximately:

• Dhaka Education Board: 277,600

• Mymensingh Education Board: 71,066

• Chattogram Education Board: 114,706

• Rajshahi Education Board: 98,170 written and 24,058 practical

• Jashore Education Board: 74,717

• Barishal Education Board: 50,153

• Sylhet Education Board: 50,710 written and 10,264 practical

• Dinajpur Education Board: 89,286

The exact numbers for the Cumilla Education Board, Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board were not available.

However, according to data from the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, a total of 1,287,926 applications were submitted for re-scrutiny of SSC and equivalent examination answer scripts.

Class XI admission

Applications for admission to Class XI for the 2026–27 academic year began on September 2 and will continue until 8pm today, September 10.

The application fee is Tk 220. After completion of the admission process, classes for the new academic year are scheduled to begin on September 23.
