Data Collection on Vacant Teacher Posts Begins This Week
Data collection on vacant teacher positions in non-government educational institutions will begin this week, with the process likely starting tomorrow (Wednesday).
NTRCA Chairman Md. Aminul Islam confirmed this to The Daily Campus on Tuesday (3 March). He said: “To start the new teacher recruitment process quickly, data collection on vacant posts may begin from Wednesday. Institutions will be given 10 days to submit the information.”
Meanwhile, the chairman clarified that the 19th Teacher Registration Examination will be held in MCQ format only.
Earlier, rumours spread on various Facebook groups and pages claiming the 19th registration would include a written exam. When asked, Chairman Md. Aminul Islam stated: “The examination method for the 19th registration is clearly mentioned in the circular. There is no mention of a written exam. There is no reason for confusion. The 19th registration exam will be conducted in 200-mark MCQ format.”
Online e-registration for the 19th Teacher Registration began on 9 February. Initially set to end on 22 February, the deadline was extended to 1 March. Now, NTRCA will proceed with collecting vacancy data (e-requisition).
