DUCSU Election Appeal Hearing Set for Tomorrow

The appeal hearing regarding the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) election is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Advocate Mujahidul Islam Shahin announced the development on Tuesday, September 2, via his verified Facebook account. He stated, “The appeal (CMP) related to the DUCSU election will be heard in the Appellate Division tomorrow. The Chamber Court’s suspension order will remain in effect until tomorrow.”

Meanwhile, Dhaka University’s lawyer, Shishir Manir, also confirmed via a Facebook post, “The DUCSU suspension order remains in place. The hearing is set for tomorrow in the Full Court.”
