The administration of Dhaka Central University has instructed its affiliated colleges to publicly display the in-course examination marks and class attendance rates for first-year undergraduate (honours) students of the 2024–25 academic session.

The directive was issued late Sunday (August 2) night through an official notice signed by the university's Deputy Controller of Examinations, Professor (Retd.) Md. Shahidullah, following orders from the Vice-Chancellor.

According to the notification, the current administration of Dhaka Central University, established in 2026, has undertaken multiple initiatives to streamline academic and administrative operations while ensuring transparency and institutional accountability across all activities.

As part of these measures, principals of all affiliated colleges have been instructed to make necessary arrangements to display the in-course exam scores and class attendance records of first-year undergraduate students on the departmental notice boards of their respective colleges.
