The National University (NU) authorities have officially announced that the highly anticipated merit list for the Release Slip of the 2023–24 academic session's Masters (Regular) admission program will be published this Thursday (June 25). Alongside the date, the university administration has rolled out the mandatory timeline covering final admission forms, college confirmations, and essential paper code entry protocols.

According to an official notification signed by the university management today, Monday (June 22), the results will be available starting at 4:00 PM via mobile SMS networks, followed by an online roll-out on the university’s dedicated admission portal from 9:00 PM onwards.

How to Check Your Merit Position

  • Via Mobile SMS (From 4:00 PM): Type NU ATMF <Roll No> and transmit the message directly to 16222 from any mobile operator.

  • Via Official Portal (From 9:00 PM): Applicants can log directly into the admission module on the official National University tracking website to view their dynamic dashboard status.

The academic administration has strictly warned that if any candidate currently holds active enrollment status in any Masters (Regular/Private) or Masters Professional framework, they must formally cancel their previous registration by July 1. Failure to dissolve prior academic registrations will result in the permanent cancellation of both admissions under the university's strict dual-enrollment prohibition clauses.

The National University has finalized a strict, multi-tier operational timeline for selected students and institutional desks to secure placements:

1.Online Final Admission Form Submission:June 25 to July 5.

Selected candidates must log onto the NU portal to accurately fill out, submit, and download the printed hard copy of their final admission application.

2.Fee Submission & Document Handover:June 27 to July 6.

Students must physically submit their final application forms alongside a mandatory institutional registration fee of 1,620 Taka to their respective assigned colleges.

3.College Institutional Confirmation:June 27 to July 7.

Respective college administrative desks are required to verify student documents and officially confirm the admissions online through the university's back-end database.

4.Bank Clearance via Sonali Bank:July 8 to July 14.

The verified institutional admission cuts and total centralized fees must be officially deposited to the National University exchequer via designated Sonali Bank branches.

5.Subject-Specific Paper Code Entry:July 9 to August 4.

Colleges must complete the digital data entry of subject-wise paper codes for all newly admitted students. The central authority explicitly noted that any errors or delays during this phase will block the official issuance of student registration cards.

Administrative Alert: All comprehensive institutional prospectuses, payment guidelines, and structural eligibility bylaws are currently accessible on the primary notices section of the National University web portal.
