NU Extends Application Deadline for Professional Hons Admission

The National University (NU) has extended the deadline for online preliminary applications for the 1st Year Graduate (Honours) Professional courses for the 2025-26 academic session.

According to an urgent notice published on Tuesday (7 April), interested candidates can now submit their applications until 27 April 2026 (Monday) by 12:00 midnight.

Key Information:

• Candidates must fill up the preliminary application form online through the National University admission website: www.nu.ac.bd/admissions
• The application fee of Tk 1,000 must be paid to the respective college through mobile banking or directly by 28 April 2026.
• Applicants are advised to read the detailed admission guidelines by clicking on the Honours Professional > Admission Guideline section on the website.
• All other conditions mentioned in the previous admission circular remain unchanged.

Important Dates:

• Confirmation of online application forms by colleges: By 29 April 2026
• Submission of university portion of fees (Tk 800 per applicant) by colleges to Sonali Bank: 30 April to 6 May 2026
