The Government of Bangladesh has strongly condemned the recent Israeli attacks on Lebanon, which have resulted in the loss of civilian lives and injuries, describing them as actions that undermine ongoing efforts toward peace and stability in the region.
In a statement, Bangladesh also condemned the tragic killing of Ms. Dipali, a Bangladeshi national, who was reportedly killed in an Israeli attack in Beirut. The government expressed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and stands in solidarity with them during this difficult time.
The Bangladesh Embassy in Lebanon is in close contact with Ms. Dipali’s family and will facilitate the repatriation of her mortal remains as soon as the situation permits.
