If an appointee remains absent from duty after submitting a resignation but before it is accepted by the government, any money owed to the government under the bond may be recovered under the Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913. Disciplinary action may also be taken against the employee under the Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2018.
The seniority of the appointees will be determined in accordance with the prevailing government rules and regulations based on the results of the 45th BCS Examination 2022.
