HSC, equivalent results to be published on October 16: Inter-Education Board

The results of the 2025 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on October 16 at 10:00am, accessible through respective education boards. The Inter-Education Board announced this in a notice on Monday.

The notice stated that the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Bangladesh Madrasha, and Bangladesh Technical Education Board have made arrangements to release the results of the 2025 SSC and equivalent exams on October 16 at 10:00am.

To mark the occasion, a press briefing will be held at 10:00am on October 16 at the Dhaka Education Board’s meeting room (Building No. 3, Lift 6). The Inter-Education Board has invited all electronic and print media journalists to attend.

The written exams concluded on August 19, with practical exams held from August 21 to 31. Over 12 lakh candidates participated. As per the Public Examinations Act, results must be published within 60 days of the written exams’ conclusion.

A total of 12,51,111 students appeared under 11 education boards, including 6,18,015 boys and 6,33,096 girls, across 2,797 centres nationwide.
