The final opportunity for students to apply for Class XI admission for the 2026-27 academic year begins on Monday, October 26. Online applications under the third phase will remain open until 8pm on Tuesday, October 27, with results scheduled to be published at 8pm on October 30.

Students who did not apply earlier, were not selected by any college, or failed to confirm their selection or complete admission within the stipulated time will also be eligible to apply in this phase.

The schedule was announced in an urgent notice signed on Saturday, October 17, by Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, president of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

According to the notice, the third phase will be the final round of Class XI admissions for the 2026-27 academic year. Students have been advised to choose their preferred colleges carefully and complete all admission procedures within the deadlines.

Students who did not apply in the previous phases or applied but were not selected by any college can submit applications in this round. Those who were selected but failed to confirm their selection or enrol at their allotted colleges within the deadline are also eligible. Students who could not enrol because they selected the wrong quota will have another opportunity to apply.

Applicants must visit the designated admission website and follow the instructions to complete the process. Considering the available seats, each applicant must list at least five and no more than 10 educational institutions in order of preference.

Students who applied in the second phase but were not selected by any college will not have to pay the Tk 220 online application fee again. They must log in to the admission website to select colleges or revise their preferences.

According to the schedule, selected students can confirm their admission by 8pm on October 31. Migration results will be published at 8pm on November 1, while the college admission process for selected students will take place on November 2 and 3.

The notice further states that students who have already confirmed their selection but wish to apply in the third phase must cancel their previous confirmation in person at the relevant education board by 4pm on October 27. Government holidays will not be considered for this deadline.

Applicants seeking admission under a quota must select the correct category according to their eligibility. Failure to confirm selection within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the student's selection and application.

The notice also warns that the board authorities will not be responsible for complications arising from incorrect applications or failure to complete the required procedures within the deadlines.
