Dhaka University (DU) will close the online application window for the 2025-26 undergraduate programme admission test today Wednesday (19 November). Extended by three days for students whose HSC and equivalent exam GPAs changed after re-scrutiny, applicants can submit forms until midnight. The admission committee has issued fresh instructions on submitting fee receipts.

A notice on the admission website urges all applicants to confirm receipt of payment for their chosen unit's application fee. No payments will be accepted after the deadline.

Earlier, a notification on Thursday (13 November) announced the extension. Applications opened on 29 October at 12 noon and were originally set to end on Sunday (16 November) at 11:59 pm. The new deadline is midnight on 19 November.

The notice states that HSC re-scrutiny results were published on 16 November. To ensure newly eligible students due to result changes are not deprived of applying, the online application period was extended by three days while all other admission dates remain unchanged.

Applicants can submit forms until midnight on 19 November. The 2025-26 undergraduate tests will be held under five units: Arts, Law and Social Sciences Unit; Science Unit; Business Education Unit; Fine Arts Unit; and IBA Unit.

As per the schedule:

  • Fine Arts Unit (General Knowledge + Drawing): 29 November
  • IBA Unit: 28 November
  • Business Education Unit: 6 December
  • Arts, Law and Social Sciences Unit: 13 December
  • Science Unit: 20 December
