JU admission tests likely in late December

Jahangirnagar University (JU) has tentatively scheduled its 2025-26 undergraduate admission tests for the last week of December.
The Central Admission Test Committee decided this in a meeting Tuesday afternoon.
Deputy Registrar (Education) Syed Mohammad Ali Reza confirmed to *The Daily Campus*, “Today's Central Admission Test Committee meeting set a tentative date. The committee has preliminarily decided on the last week of December for the 2025-26 admission tests.”
He added that the committee, led by Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) Professor Mahfuzur Rahman, will coordinate ancillary matters.
Professor Mahfuzur Rahman, committee chairman, said, “The preliminary decision is for the last week of December for the 2025-26 admission tests.”
On potential changes like more centers or unit-based tests, he replied, “No decision yet on increasing centers or unit-wise exams. The committee will decide.”
Last year, JU's 2024-25 undergraduate 1st-year admission tests began February 9 and ran until February 17.
