The admission process for Class XI in the 2025-26 academic year is concluding today, Sunday, September 14, following the release of the final migration results on September 6, with admissions starting the next day, September 7. Despite three rounds of applications, many students have yet to secure a college seat, leading the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board to plan a fourth phase of admissions.
Professor Rezaul Haq, the board’s College Inspector, told The Daily Campus, “Today marks the end of the current admission process. Once completed, we will identify students who remain unadmitted and offer them a chance to apply in a fourth phase.” He reassured students, saying, “Those who haven’t secured admission should not lose hope; they will get another opportunity to apply.” When asked about the timeline for the fourth phase, Haq indicated that an announcement is expected within 2-3 days after the ongoing process concludes. The third phase application results were published on September 3, with the application window closing on the night of September 1.
