The Directorate of Primary Education has announced the schedule for the written examination of Assistant Teacher recruitment in government primary schools along with the date for downloading admit cards.
Candidates can download their admit cards online starting from 10:00 am today Saturday (27 December). The examination will be held next Friday (2 January) from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the respective districts of the applicants.
In a press notification, the Directorate stated that an SMS containing the admit card download link will be sent to the mobile number provided in the application from 01552-146056 at the appropriate time. From 10:00 am today (27 December), candidates can log in to the website using their username and password, or by entering their SSC roll number, board, and passing year, to download and print their admit cards.
Candidates must bring the colour printout of the downloaded admit card and their original National Identity Card (NID/Smart Card) to the examination hall. Instructions for filling the OMR sheet and other examination-related guidelines will be available on the admit card.
On Friday (26 December) afternoon, the written examination for the post of ‘Accounts Assistant’ under the Directorate of Primary Education was postponed shortly before commencement due to allegations of question paper leakage. Following this, rumours spread on social media that the Assistant Teacher recruitment examination scheduled for 2 January would also be postponed. However, the Directorate issued a notification late that night confirming that the Assistant Teacher exam will proceed as planned.
The written examination for Assistant Teacher posts in government primary schools will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on 2 January in the respective districts of the candidates. Examinees must enter the examination centre by 9:00 am.
It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones, books, answer scripts, notes or any other paper, calculator, vanity bag, purse, wristwatch or any watch-like object, electronic wristwatch, or any type of electronic device or communication device into the examination centre. If any such item is found with a candidate, he or she will be immediately expelled and legal action will be taken.
The Directorate has also advised candidates to remain vigilant against any fraudulent activities by unscrupulous individuals.
