NCP leaders visit Evercare Hospital to check Khaleda Zia's condition

Three leaders of the National Citizen Party (NCP) visited Evercare Hospital in Dhaka this morning to enquire about the health of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

The NCP delegation, led by Senior Joint Member Secretary Dr Tasnim Jara, Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwari and South Region Chief Organiser Hasanat Abdullah, arrived at the hospital around 10:30am on Saturday (29 November).

Begum Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment in the ICU for lung and heart complications, remains in critical condition. Party leaders have been regularly visiting the hospital to monitor her health. Members from other parties are also keeping track of her condition.

On the directive of the Chief Adviser, Law Adviser Asif Nazrul and Special Assistant Monir Haydar visited the hospital to check on the former prime minister's health.

It may be mentioned that Begum Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital on Sunday last (23 November) due to deteriorating health. She has been under ICU care since Thursday.
